If you are below 18 years of age, you need to provide a written consent form signed by your parents or guardian. 

Please note that students under the age of 16 are not permitted to book the IELTS exam.

Keynote on IELTS regulations: In 2025, IELTS introduced a pen-only policy for paper-based exams. This means you must only use a black ballpoint pen provided by the test centre. The use of pencils is now prohibited. Electronic items are also not allowed inside exam halls and must be kept outside the test room.
